Ender 3 V2 is rated at <= 250 °C but when I set temperature above 200 °C to print to PLA+, I get an error message "Nozzle is too lowperature" and the printer freezes (the term lowperature is actual and not a typo error). I tried to raise the temperature gradually. WebMINTEMP means the thermistor is reading as a very high resistance, which probably means a broken wire. The fact that swapping the connections at the board end makes the problem move from bed to hotend shows that it's not a CPU fault, which is the other common cause of such things.
