There’s nothing they can do with helping you replace your hardware and you’ll need to contact your Cisco Account Team to buy new hardware with new licenses attached to it. WitrynaTo do this legally with the EULA's you need to purchase "Software only" Smartnet on all the APs. I forgot the specific Cisco-ism that it's called but it's fairly affordable compared to full smartnet. If you buy software only on one AP you can legally only update the software on that specific AP.
