Since occupational therapy began in the late 19th-century, the use of arts and crafts has been a foundational tool for engaging patients with both physical and mental illnesses. WebOpening Minds has been evaluating more than 70 of these projects to identify those most effective at reducing stigma so they can be replicated across Canada.
