It has a loose box bonding screw that says When it is required to bond the box to the neutral, use this screw . So, when is it required? Note: This is the main panel in my house. No sub-panels. You will need to look for a panel that is meant to use the larger wire. Note that 2/0 copper is fine for 200 amps so if you switch to copper you will be ok (but copper is more expensive).
